How do I place an order?
Placing an order with our online shop is safe and easy. Click on your favorites items, add them to your shopping cart and click "Cart" for a detailed view of your shopping cart then click "Proceed to Checkout". After you have entered your shipping and billing address, the shipping total will appear and you will see the total cost of your order.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards processed with PayPal and Visa/MasterCard.
With PayPal, credit cards payments are all processed at their secure Web site. Please note that it is NOT required for you to have a PayPal account in order to pay.
We also accept payments with Visa and MasterCard by phone or by email depending of your preferred method.
What currency do you charge my credit card?
All transactions are currently charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD$) only. If you'd like to check our prices in your local currency, click here.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply sign in to your account and click on "View Order Status". There, you can see the status of every order you've placed at ClumsyPlush, including whether it has been shipped. We are sorry, at this time we cannot provide tracking numbers for packages outside of Canada but we ensure that all items reach destination and we send you an email as soon as the item departs. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
ClumsyPlush does not offer any returns at this moment. If you are not satisfied with your product, please let us know and we can offer you an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
What if I got my order but items are damaged or there are other issues?

When does my order ship?
Depending on the inventory, we ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
